The project will undertake a multitude of activities, yielding substantial outcomes directly aligned with the project's focal issues. Establishing a well-defined quality strategy is paramount to guaranteeing the efficient and effective execution of all tasks, ensuring that results align with the project's overarching aims and objectives. It is imperative to delineate clear and concise goals and objectives that adhere to the SMART criteria, i.e., Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound.
It will furnish a structured framework for appraising the project's outcomes. The quality strategy will encompass surveillance and assessment mechanisms to affirm that the project remains on course, promptly identifying and rectifying any issues or delays that may arise. HU will assume the responsibility of formulating the quality strategy and internal quality management. The project's quality strategy endeavors to procure dependable, impartial, and unbiased evaluations of projects and their attained results, all rooted in the project's core aims and objectives. Progress will be subject to regular scrutiny, with progress reports serving as tools to oversee the activities and work packages. Each product stemming from the project will undergo a peer review conducted by designated personnel, with any arising concerns or issues being addressed before finalizing the outcomes.
This procedure, alongside its respective tools, will be applied across all activities and work packages. To gauge the successful culmination of the project, twelve key performance indicators (KPIs) have been identified:
