Hacettepe University (HU) is one of the oldest and leading universities in Turkey. HU began to operate as a hospital in Ankara in 1957. Education, research and public service activities started in 1958. HU expanded further in the course of time with the foundation of new departments and faculties on two campuses. HU continues its activities with 14 Faculties, 14 Institutes, 2 Applied Schools, 5 Vocational Schools, 1 Conservatory, 54 Research and Practice Centers. HU has more than 38.000 students and 3.500 faculty members. According strategic plan document, HU’s mission and vision statements are as follows: HU has a mission to train highly qualified individuals for the future of the country, and to supply its research, education and service outcomes for benefit of mankind through its scientific and aesthetic accumulation of knowledge under the light of universal values. HU has a vision to be a leading university with its education and research services, and art creation, of which all members are proud of being a member at the national and international level, contributing to the country’s efforts toward being a contemporary outstanding one.

HU has given priority to undergraduate and graduate education programs. HU, being loyal to its quality management philosophy, considers all teaching and research areas equally important. However, because of the composition of the university, emphasis has been given to certain research areas such as nanotechnologies, biotechnology, clean and renewable energy.

HU manages its activities regarding its teaching, research, and services to society according to its mission and goals as much as possible. HU also receives the benefit of certain opportunities in this respect. Hacettepe University is responsible for the administration of the European Union Education and Youth Programs at Hacettepe University and carries out the work in close collaboration with all academic and administrative units (www.abofisi.hacettepe.edu.tr)

Within the framework of The Youth Programme, project creation training courses are being given and young participants are encouraged to create and join the projects.Our organization helps the youth to find a place in the society. We are recognized as a non formal education organization . So we help the youth to take initiatives, to experiment actions that increase their sense of responsibility, of citizenship and active participation in building up the society. We offer them a space of possibilities, through what they can develop their autonomy, their identity and involvement in it. We believe in the potential of each of them, regardless their backgrounds. Any project is an ideal opportunity to open their mind, get to know and understand the meaning of cultural diversity and intercultural by being involved in different kinds of activities.

Koç University (KU) is an endowed, non-profit institution of higher education, located in Istanbul, Turkey. Founded in 1993 by the Vehbi Koç Foundation, its mission is to produce the most capable graduates by providing a world class education, to advance the frontiers of knowledge and to contribute to the benefit of Turkey and humanity at large. KU is spread in a main campus, a separate university hospital campus and two smaller locations in Istanbul.

Since its establishment, KU has quickly become one of the leading research universities in Turkey, attracting accomplished, high-caliber researchers from all over the world. The vast majority (97%) of 400 faculty members have received their Ph.D. degrees from the most highly selective and reputable universities in the world, including the United States and Europe. Majority of the students enrolled in the undergraduate programs are ranked within the top 1% in the National University Entrance Exam. KU maintains an overall ratio of 11 students per instructor. Approximately 60% of the undergraduate students receive different amounts of financial support from the Vehbi Koç Foundation, amounting to the equivalent of 40% of the student body on full scholarship. The university has 7 schools, 5 graduate schools, 25 research centers and over 100 laboratories attached to its infrastructure across the main campus and the hospital campus. According to the latest report (published in 2022) by the Higher Education Council of Turkey, KU is ranked first in Turkey in terms of the number of research publications per faculty member per year, based on publications in peer- reviewed journals listed by the Institute of Scientific Information (ISI). KU is one of 229 academic institutions worldwide to adopt the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME), as determined by a group of scholars at the UN Global Compact Leaders Summit in July 2007. KU’s College of Administrative Sciences and Economics and Graduate School of Business are accredited by the European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS), making KU the first and only Turkish university with EQUIS accreditation and one of the select group of 115 EQUIS accredited institutions in 33 countries worldwide. As a result of this, KU has become the first Turkish university to be recognized in the Financial Times ranking of top international universities; its Executive MBA program was ranked 63rd in the world.

IURES was established in Turkey as a non-profit organization to support research and education in the field of urology, both domestically and abroad. Its headquarters is in Istanbul. This association carries out activities with every urology association that continues its activities in Turkey. The main purposes are listed below:

Conducting studies that will benefit the professional orientation of urologists in our country Identifying deficiencies in the training of experts and structuring activities to complete them Structuring and encouraging clinical or basic scientific research after specialization Encouraging post-specialty minor programs and ensuring participation in these programs on the national/international platform Transforming urology subspecialty education into an academic expectation through studies among experts and supporting all direct or indirect studies related to this. Conducting social studies to ensure professional tolerance and unity among urologists Supporting scholarships, academic education and qualification studies for urology assistants and urologists Urologists under the umbrella of this association should contribute to international activities and increase professional relations. Ensuring professional relationships and studies between urologists in our country and urologists in different countries of the world working towards the same goal. To support doctoral programs in urology, to encourage research-based studies and to ensure qualified publications, To conduct digital urology studies and to use all innovative technological applications, including artificial intelligence, which is at the forefront of today's technology, for educational and administrative purposes on every platform of the association. The International Urological Research Association (IURES) is a prestigious organization committed to advancing Urology clinical and basic science research. Established in 2022 in the vibrant city of Istanbul, Turkey, IURES has rapidly become a leading force in pioneering research and innovation in the urological community. IURES is distinguished by its unwavering dedication to urological research, a commitment embodied by its volunteer-based operational model. The association is primarily staffed by passionate and experienced urologists who generously donate their time and expertise, illustrating their genuine devotion to advancing urological knowledge. The backbone of IURES is its dynamic Executive Committee, comprising 11 dedicated members who play a pivotal role in guiding the association's strategic direction. These individuals ensure the unwavering pursuit of IURES' mission and vision, demonstrating the utmost dedication and diligence. With just one unpaid worker overseeing administrative responsibilities, IURES epitomizes a spirit of selfless dedication to the field. The association's activities, ranging from cutting-edge research projects to transformative educational initiatives, are driven by the collective efforts of these committed urologists.

Beyond its research endeavors, IURES is a dynamic and forward-thinking urology association. It orchestrates successful symposiums and congresses, offering a multidisciplinary approach encompassing diagnostics, medical management, surgical interventions, and patient education. IURES' esteemed urologists have conducted thousands of successful procedures, addressing a broad spectrum of urological conditions, including urological cancers, stone disease, incontinence, and more. While IURES may be a relatively young organization, its members' passion for urology and the influential contributions of its founders in urological surgery make it a promising and dynamic entity. IURES is committed to continuous learning and enhancing the lives of individuals facing urological challenges by applying cutting-edge technology and compassionate patient care.

Situated in Belgium, in the heart of Western Europe, KU Leuven has been a center of learning for nearly six centuries. Today, it is Belgium's largest university and, founded in 1425, one of the oldest and most renowned universities in Europe. As a leading European research university and co- founder of the League of European Research Universities (LERU), KU Leuven offers a wide variety of international Master’s programs, all supported by high-quality, innovative, interdisciplinary research. KU Leuven is also member of Coimbra Group and Venice International University. KU Leuven is one of the most innovative universities in the world. It's the only non-American university in the top 5 (2017). Since its founding, KU Leuven has been based in the city that shares its name. Leuven is a pleasant, safe and bustling student town, where centuries-rich history meets cutting-edge science. The university also offers degree programs at campuses in 10 Belgian cities over 14 campuses KU Leuven will be hosting over 56.418 students in the academic year 2018-2019. KU Leuven has Erasmus contracts with over 400 European universities and international contracts all over the world. 17% of the university's 57,000 students come from abroad, representing more than 160 countries. Partner: Universita Degli Studi Di Perugia (Italy)
Situated in the center of Italy, the University of Perugia was founded in 1308. Today, research, education and consulting activities in the various disciplines are organized in 16 Departments, with about 23,500 students, 1,100 professors and researchers and 1,000 staff members. Most bachelor and master courses are offered in the city of Perugia, with branches in Assisi, Terni, Narni and Foligno. The University of Perugia offers a vast array of degree programs, which cover nearly all fields of study authorized by the national Ministry of Higher Education. The University's teaching faculty combines a long and solid tradition of excellence with a commitment to innovation and an interdisciplinary approach that ensures students the synergies needed for the acquisition of flexible educational training based on a mixture of skills and abilities. Post-graduate degrees are offered by specialization schools and doctoral programs, as well as through several master programs in various disciplines. All 17 PhD programs are international and share research projects with top Universities.

The University of Rennes is an experimental public institution. Open to Europe and the world, at the heart of the Brittany Region and linked to Rennes Métropole and its ecosystem, it is built on a common history and the strengths of its founding members. It has one ambition: to meet the major societal challenges of a world in transition, particularly in the fields of the environment, global health and digital technology. The University of Rennes brings together training departments (UFR, faculties, schools, institutes), research centres and five Grandes Écoles who participate in the development and implementation of the strategy of the University of Rennes: École des Hautes Études en Santé Publique (EHESP), École Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Rennes (ENSCR), École Normale Supérieure de Rennes (ENS Rennes), Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Rennes (INSA Rennes), Sciences Po Rennes.
